We are offering information and mediation services to
our family law clients during this time. Please note:
Information & Referral Coordinators (IRCs) are available by telephone to serve you every day from 9-5. You can reach an IRC by sending an email to one of these addresses:
If you already have a court case:
47 Sheppard Ave | [email protected]
311 Jarvis St | [email protected]
393 University | [email protected]
If you do not have a court case, write to [email protected] or call 416-593-5393.
FREE ON-SITE MEDIATION:
We will continue to offer free online mediation for anyone who is attending court during this time, in appropriate cases.
If you have a motion, conference or trial, you can ask the judge to refer your matter to mediation, or you can ask us directly for free onsite mediation at any time before or on your court date. If you cannot attend onsite mediation on the scheduled court date we can schedule it for another day, as long as both parties consent and we feel that it is an appropriate case for onsite (2-3 hours) mediation.
Please submit your intake form (found here on the website) and we will be in touch with you.
6 HOURS OF SUBSIDIZED MEDIATION WITH FREE INTAKES:
We also continue to offer subsidized online mediation services for anyone whether they have a court case or not, in appropriate cases. Please submit your intake form (found here on the website) and we will be in touch with you.
