Connecting with community resources is vital to our work with the public. We work hard to get the word out about our government funded family information and mediation services. Here is a summary of some of  the outreach we did last quarter to community agencies and organizations.

We recently added a page on our website with information regarding supervised access centers in Toronto and the GTA.

We continue to post regular blog pieces that we share via our website. Most notably was our interview with Brandon Hay regarding Black Daddies Club.

We also interviewed roster mediator Hayley Glaholt about her work with SafePet Ontario. The blog piece was shared across our social media.

Lastly, we interviewed Jason Goodman, the acting Director at the Family Justice Centre. We are working closely with the FJC to establish a partnership that will allow both organizations to better serve our shared clients. Meetings continued throughout the quarter.

Here is one of many reviews from our clients accessing information from the FLIC.

“The IRC helped me in this case with literally everything from providing me with all the information I needed to helping me fill out the forms to being kind enough to understand how overwhelming and difficult this procedure can be. She’s amazing at her job, hope she gets to help more people like this.”
