Practice Direction regarding family cases in the Superior Court of Justice

This Practice Direction provides clarification of the process for motions (including urgent motions), case conferences, settlement conferences, trial management conferences and trials that are required under the Family Law Rules. In particular, it sets out the requirements that must be followed and any additional documents that must be provided for each of these events.
