A list of available panel members can be found below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Changes to our protocols may include:&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Reviewing and executing\nretainers, intake forms and other documents through scan, photo and\/or email.<\/li><li>Providing summary advice on\nfamily matters.<\/li><li>Providing summary advice on\nmediated agreements and back-up documentation that have been provided through\nan on-line platform.<\/li><li>Drafting temporary and final\nproposals to resolve family law issues (including offers to settle).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The first hour of services continues to be\nbilled at a rate of $ 226 (inclusive of hst).&nbsp;\nPayment can be made by e-transfer or credit card, as agreed to by the\nclient and the lawyer.
