IRCs are available to answer your questions every day, in person, at the Family Law Information Centres in Toronto\u2019s family courts:<\/p>\r\n

We can mediate on your court date or can schedule it for another day.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n Please submit your intake form (found\u00a0here<\/a> <\/strong>on the website) and we will be in touch with you.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n If you do not have a court file but want to try to settle your case, contact us for subsidized mediation. This includes free intake meetings and up to six hours of mediation with a qualified mediator. Fees are government subsidized and can be found on this website\u2019s Subsidized Mediation page. Submit your online intake form here<\/u><\/b><\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n MIPS are mandatory for litigants and optional for everyone. The MIP is a good source of helpful information about separation, parenting, child support, how to access legal support, court procedures and more.<\/p>\r\n
