All courts are accepting certificates from online MIPs.
Whether you are in the Ontario Court of Justice (47 Sheppard Ave. or 311 Jarvis St) or the Superior Court of Justice (361 University Ave), you may attend an online MIP.
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Time: 12 noon-1:30-2:00 pm

What is the MIP?
This free program, usually delivered by a family lawyer and a mental health professional, provides an overview of the legal and emotional aspects of separation and divorce, including:
- Effects of a relationship breakdown on adults
- Effects of a relationship breakdown on children
- Legal issues
- Options for dispute resolution
- Understanding the court process
- Benefits of mediation and other collaborative processes
Your participation is confidential and your name and image will not be visible to other participants.
Please:
– attend this session in a quiet and private space
– do not have children with you
– do not record this session
– do not ask for advice about your case
– save your questions to the end
If you wish to ask a question you can send it to the host using the “Q&A” feature.
