Good news from our clients!

We recently came across six client satisfaction surveys from our onsite family mediation and information service that had fallen through the pandemic crack.
Sometimes, we all need a little encouragement that we matter; that we are making a difference.
Reading these surveys gave me confidence that we are indeed helping people.
5/6 were “very satisfied” overall with the quality of the service.
1/6 noted a “satisfied” only because they could not longer access duty counsel in the SCJ.
The mediation surveys all ‘strongly agreed’ that the mediator was knowledgeable and competent and they felt comfortable saying what they felt.
Here are their comments:
“Very happy with staff, they were very helpful and very clear about my issue. 😊”
“People are kind and patient. This means a lot at stressful times to Respondents.”
“The staff were very friendly and helpful… (even though they could not access duty counsel.”
