Liaising regularly with the judiciary of the courts is an important part of our role. Read about some of what we are doing here.

We attended Bench and Bar meetings and reported on our shift towards in-person services, accessibility of mediators on motions and conference dates, mediation uptake, IRC role and the Mandatory Information Program. The judiciary continues to express strong interest in our services.

Our team was lucky enough to met with Senior Justice of the Family Court Suzanne Stevenson and Lainie Basman, Family Law counsel for the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Office of the Chief Justice,  in-person for a tour of the FLIC at 361 University. We discussed how helpful it is for the court to have access to IRCs and mediators who are well informed about all available resources.

We also hosted our first in-person Coffee Shop since the pandemic.

We continue to get great Google reviews from our clients in the FLIC.

“I had an excellent experience. I spoke to the IRC and she was very helpful and resourceful in regards to my divorce situation. Thankfully with all the help and guidance I was able to finalize all with in 24 hours.”
